Il disco, che celebra il 60° anniversario della Streisand come artista della Columbia Records include una selezione di brani selezionati personalmente dalla cantante americana. Nessuno dei 22 brani presenti nel disco (ad eccezione di “Evergreen”), che sarà disponibile in CD e doppio vinile, è mai apparso in altre compilation dell’artista.
